An interesting add on to your commentary is on Grayzone by “International legal expert and ex-UN Office of Human Rights Commissioner whistleblower Craig Mokhiber”. https://www.youtube.com/live/uwjSF8Ar6dE?feature=shared

Yes, he is. He was also on Kate Halper show with Finkelstein. Both of them were really good: https://www.youtube.com/live/Kj7mqGVg554?si=m7nShUmboxDpomWE

TLDR: Israel to desist from killing Palestinians

Unfortunately, the damage is done. Much of Gaza's housing and infrastructure has been razed to the ground. After 3 months of blockade, the population faces starvation - in the immediate term - and has nowhere habitable to return.

Thankful to the court for recognizing the severity of the situation. It is now on the "western world", what little of it retains the dignity it has so long claimed to have, to correct the situation and punish those responsible. To include, unequivocally, policymakers and leaders throughout the G7. (spoiler: they won't). Likewise, it is for the rest of the world to leave behind the wretched mockery of "rules based order" that the G7 represents.

Hamas could at any time have surrendered, thus halting civilian suffering instantly.

That civilian suffering being largely the result of Hamas using Gazan civilians as human shields.

So why doesn't the ICJ investigate and censure Hamas ?

Why do the peace protestors denounce only Israel, rather than Hamas, the principal culprits ? Why do they march alongside genocidal Islamists ?

The answer is of course: Anti-semitism.

So lets see if I understand your position. In your view, the fact that Hamas lives with the population from which they came, gives Israel license to brutally lay waste to a city of a million, license to attempt to permanently expel the population by destroying the majority of habitations and infrastructure, license to target civilians even when they follow orders and evacuate as they're told?

Failing a Hamas surrender, undoubtedly yes.

The situation in Gaza since October 7 is Kill or be Killed.

If you argue against the Israeli action, but without demanding a complete Hamas surrender, you are merely proving that you want the Israelis to be killed or expelled.
