The U.S. contracts with Pfizer were signed by the Pentagon, under "other transaction authority" which is a military pathway for buying stuff with no regulations or oversight. The manufacturing was completely unregulated thanks to this purchasing pathway, and the development was unregulated thanks to EUA. I don't have the proof but I have little doubt that the authority to resort to those unregulated military pathways for development, manufacture, and purchasing of what were designated as military countermeasures were transferred through various treaties, MOUs (memorandi of understanding) etc. to the EU and NATO. It was all done through military channels. The von der Leyen/Bourla emails are a massive psyop distraction.

Von der Leyen did the same as she was German defense minister, tendering with SMS and to escape a investigation she miraculously was lifted into her current job. There is a pattern, whatever the mil ops may play a role. Fact is she did these SMS tendering.
Ok the legal pathway that was employed to approve the manufacture and use of mRNA vaccines is murky at best. Do you believe that, given the speed of transmission, global death rate and the general unpreparedness of the world’s governments to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was a mistake to approve these vaccines? Or, regardless of the fact they did not go through the rigorous testing and monitoring needed to be approved by the FDA, you do believe they were somewhat effective but pharmaceutical manufacturers charged an exorbitant amount? Or do you object to both?

Von Leyen is a corrupt liar When she was Minister of Defense in Germany she should also have been prosecuted for corruption But they removed her and the and get her installed as President for EU where she continued her corruption just in a more bigger scale Her and the other top leaders in EU are not elected but selected by a group of corrupt criminals The problem is that almost every politicians from the member states support her and they other leaders and don’t care about their criminal activities She have probably deleted all text messages so the public will never know what they have agreed upon and have much she got in return commission No matter what nothing will happen to her like other dictators are she above the law EU is rotten to the core and are a dictatorship
Given the lives saved, I don’t think that was a high price. And I understand many countries paid similar prices. Finally, it’s not the cost of production that matters, but the overall cost including research, testing, distribution, etc. - Having said that, I agree there is no reason to hide these messages. And that courts have responded too slowly. Slow justice is no justice.
Dear Dianelos, what makes you think that any lives were saved? There is no evidence for it, only "modelling", based on certain assumptions... However, there is plenty of evidence available on the damage caused by the mass "vaccinations" which is actually experimental gene therapy.

It must be made transparent, and obvious to all involved in EU politics and administration, that if they abuse their power, particularly for financial gain, they will be exposed, shamed and sacked, and if criminal acts are involved, they should know they face jail time.
Any other path will lead to disaster, as it has in America.
